How To Make The Easy Recipe

Ketogenic Chocolate Fat Bombs Recipe - Easy Low Carb & Keto Diet Friendly Fat Bomb with cream cheese

As you’ll see, the dark chocolate fat bombs are really easy to make. It’s simply a matter of combining healthy fats together to create a sweet (or savory) treat that helps you meet your macros, in particular to elevate your healthy fat intake.

Here are the step by step instructions to make these decadent chocolate fat bombs that will satisfy your sweet tooth.

Step 1 – Soften the cream cheese and butter together in a bowl for a few hours at room temperature.

You can swap one of the creamy ingredients in the keto chocolate fat bombs for almond butter, sunflower seed butter or natural peanut butter if you like to create a keto lifestyle friendly version of reese’s peanut butter cups.

Step 8 – Place one to two teaspoons of the mixture, per fat bomb, into each mini baking cup. The easiest way is to use a cookie scoop to ensure that the fat bombs are uniform in size for the perfect snack.

You can sprinkle keto diet plan sugar free chocolate chips, chopped sugar-free chocolate or cooled melted chocolate over the top for a delicious way to enhance the easy recipe with even more indulgent chocolate.

Step 9 – Place the filled mini baking cups into an airtight container, move them to the fridge for a few hours to harden and then enjoy whenever you have sugar cravings.

The best part is that this keto snack is a great way to help you get enough fat and stay on track with your weight loss journey eating plan by keeping you satisfied until your next meal.
