Keto Mint Hot Chocolate Recipe

It’s no secret that I LOVE hot chocolates. I’ve shared a low carb version, a keto version and even a thick and luscious cinnamon version.

Today I have a wonderful keto peppermint hot chocolate recipe to share with you.

As you can tell, I’ve been having fun with experimenting with different hot chocolate flavours while enjoying my almost daily afternoon hot chocolate treat.

I like to use a row of 85% and a row of 90% dark chocolate, which is the perfect sweetness for me.

You can add a little Stevia or your sweetener of choice to taste, to add a little sweetness to your hot chocolate.

Low Carb Keto Mint Hot Chocolate Recipe

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Cream (Thickened/Double/Heavy)
  • 1-2 Rows Dark Chocolate
  • 1/4 teaspoon Peppermint Essence
  1. Combine the almong milk, cream, chocolate and peppermint essence together in a small saucepan.
  2. Place over a low heat to gently melt the chocolate and bring the hot chocolate up to a gentle boil.
  3. Remove from the heat as soon as it reaches boiling point when bubbles appear on the surface.
  4. Pour into a mug and enjoy.

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
