You don’t have to give up your sweets when you start Keto, you can still enjoy plenty of delicious and easy Keto Desserts.
I have a MASSIVE sweet tooth, so enjoying a wide variety of sweets is essential for this diet to be sustainable long term.
Here are 10 of my all time favorites, all really easy to prepare:
1. Mascarpone Chocolate Mousse
There are so many yummy ways to make chocolate mousse. (Believe me, I’ve tried a few of them!) And this Mascarpone chocolate mousse has to be one of the very best of them.
The texture is smooth and creamy and it tastes almost like a chocolate cheesecake. What’s not to love?!
Fat bombs are a delicious way to keep your fat macros up while following a low carb, high fat diet. These chocolate fat bombs are easy to whip up and deliver a rich chocolate hit.
Your first bite of these chocolate truffles will have you hooked and you’ll vow to make them again. They are just so intensely chocolatey. As with all the desserts in this collection, it’s difficult to believe that these are low carb and keto friendly.
4. Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies
These brownies are AMAZING! They are adapted from an old favorite Nigella Lawson recipe and taste as good as their carby counterparts.
Yes, this is the 2nd chocolate mousse recipe in this collection. This version is super easy, with only a few ingredients and the rewards are mouthwateringly delicious!
6. Raspberry & Vanilla Smoothie
One of the best smoothies you’ll ever try. It’s just so sweet and delicious. The recipe is shared thanks to the generosity of the author of the awesome Keto friendly book – Fat Bombs.
Light and refreshing chocolate treat that’s a wonder to make and enjoy. Perfect to enjoy on a warm day.
Homemade hot chocolate is so warming and soothing when it’s cold. (Or all year around!) And it’s so easy to make a hot chocolate which is delicious and keto friendly too. Whipped cream topping is absolutely mandatory!
9. Ice Cream
An ice cream maker is an essential piece of Keto kit. Making ice cream yourself is really easy and means you can whip up low carb ice cream in a breeze. I started with vanilla and there are so many yummy variations.
10. Lemon Mousse
This light, luscious and lemony dessert is wonderfully refreshing and my go to sweet treat of late.
