Pavlova is crunchy and sweet and usually covered in cream and high in calories. Simply follow your favorite pavlova recipe (it’s basically a mix of beaten egg whites, sugar, vinegar and a bit of cornflour), though I only use about a third to half the amount of sugar and it’s always sweet enough! I top the pavlova with creamy, yummy, healthy strawberry yoghurt and fresh strawberries. Still has the sweetness of pavlova, but ends up being good for you!
