Aside from working on content for 60 Blog Posts in 60 Days to share with you, I’m also experimenting with pancake flavors for my upcoming Grain Free Pancakes eBook.
I wanted to make a super-kid friendly pancake that’s safe for school lunch boxes (meaning – without nuts!).
That’s where this orange themed lunch box comes in… the pancakes are Grain Free Orange Pancakes (recipe coming in my eBook!) and I packed the pancakes in the kids lunch boxes along with orange slices and carrots.
The kids LOVED them and they have been added to my regular lunch box repertoire.
