Park Outing With Healthy Kids Snacks


We visit a local park at least every other day. The fresh air and sunshine is wonderful for the kids (and adults too!).

I always take a healthy snack with for the kids, to help keep their energy levels up with all the exercise they do at the park. Here they are having a good run through the park…

And my almost 5 year old having a ball on the swing…

Onto the healthy kids snacks…

Often as I’m running out the door and remember that a snack is needed, I quickly turn to the “ultimate fast food” – an apple, or in this case 3 apples that I quickly chopped to take with us…

When I’m a little more organized I make the boys their own individual snack boxes. This one has a few Cinnamon Pancakes which I made. (the recipe is in my upcoming Grain Free Pancakes eBook!)
