I had to leave home early and helped my wonderful Husband who is looking after the kids while I’m gone with last minute preparation. So the elaborate lunch box I had planned, never happened! As I was rushing out I literally grabbed some last minute snacks from my pantry and headed to the airport…
The only planned snack was the organic ginger cookies – I suffer from motion sickness and ginger helps calm me! In addition to the ginger cookies, I had 2 bananas, a packet of organic dried apricots and a couple of raw fruit and nut bars.
