Back To School Lunch Ideas
This post is dedicated to my readers in the Northern Hemisphere who are sending their kids back to school in the coming weeks. Of course that means getting back into lunch box making mode so I’ve put together this handy guide to help make lunch box preparation a breeze.
Here’s a collection of best tips and resources:
Get Equipped With Lunch Box Essentials
Collect together all the tools you need to make lunch box preparation a breeze.
This can include giving a “spring clean” to older lunch boxes and maybe even adding some new essentials to your collection.
Food Shopping
Have a chat with your kids about what they actually WANT to find in their lunch boxes. This increases the chance of them actually eating the food on offer. There are lots of ways to include vegetables in lunch boxes, just work with your kids to find out what they prefer!
Packing Tips
Start by getting organized – pack and prepare what you can the night before, get the kids involved whenever possible – delegating tasks to them should help lighten the load tremendously.
In fact, with a bit of preparation, you can even pack lunch boxes in 5 minutes flat. Imagine that!
Relax!
Try and relax! I wrote the eBook “The Grain Free Lunch Box” to help parents, just like you, make the whole lunch box preparation a breeze. It is possible! Just takes a bit of planning and organization but you can take the stress out of lunch box preparation. Click here to learn more about “The Grain Free Lunch Box”.
Have you got more tips to add? I’d love to hear them!
