Big Green Salad
The days have slowly been warming up here in Melbourne (just as I’m about to head off to freezing Japan, England and Ireland in a few weeks!) and I’ve been making more and more salads lately.
My most recent salad was this Big Green Salad made simply by combining spinach, cucumber and avocado – all ingredients that my kids enjoy on their own so combined together it’s a winner of a salad!
Today marks the end of 30 Days Of Vegetables for Kids. It was a fun challenge. Inspiring me to try new veggies and recipes. Aside from a variety of salads this week, we also enjoyed sweet potato mash as a silverside side!
