Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe With PB2 Peanut Butter

This is the first of my PB2 Experimentation successes and I couldn’t wait to share it with you. I’ve been enjoying this Chocolate Chia Pudding almost daily as my afternoon snack since I first tried PB2 last week. (Watch the review and first taste test here!)

We prefer our Chia Puddings thick and gelatinous. If you’d prefer a smoother texture then simply blend the mixture before popping it into the fridge to set.

Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe

Here’s how to make this Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe:

  1. Combine the Chia Seeds, PB2 and Cacao Powder together in a bowl.
  2. Add a teaspoon of the Maple Syrup and Greek Yoghurt and stir until smooth.  Taste to see whether you need to add the further teaspoon (or more) of Maple Syrup.
  3. Place in the fridge for at least a few hours or overnight to thicken to a pudding.
  4. Enjoy as is or topped with your favourite fruit.
