Creamy Pasta Salad With A Rainbow Of Veggies
This Creamy Pasta Salad is packed full of a rainbow of veggies and your whole family is going to absolutely love it! It’s a really fun way to up your veggie intake.
Macaroni is my pasta of choice in this recipe. I love how the creamy salad finds it’s way inside the macaroni!
Creamy Pasta Salad Recipe:
- 4 Cups Cooked, Drained and Cooled Pasta of Choice
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Red Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Orange Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup Corn (I used thawed frozen corn)
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Cucumber
- 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Purple Onions
- Salt To Taste
- Place the pasta into a large salad bowl.
- Combine the sour cream and mayo together in a bowl to make the dressing.
- Stir the creamy dressing through the pasta.
- Add salt to taste.
- Toss through all of the vegetables until well combined.
