Turmeric Sauteed Cauliflower
Lately I’ve been experimenting with all sorts of cauliflower recipes. This is my latest creation – Turmeric Sauteed Cauliflower. I just adore the vibrancy of both the taste and the appearance of a healthy serving of Turmeric Sauteed Cauliflower.
Turmeric has known anti-inflammatory and anti-infection propertis, so this dish is wonderful for healing all sorts of ailments. As I’ve been getting over a cold over the past week, I’ve been making this dish regularly and I always felt invigorated after every bowlful!
Regarding the ingredient volumes – I like strong garlic flavour, so I include 3 garlic cloves, if you’d prefer less of a garlic hit then use 2 or even 1! As I suggest in the below video, start with 1 teaspoon of Turmeric and then adjust to taste.

This Turmeric Sauteed Cauliflower can be enjoyed by one as a whole meal or shared between four or more as a side dish to a main meal. I like to sprinkle a little parmesan on top of my cauliflower, but my Husband prefers his as is.
