The BEST Burger Recipe
Do you have a dish that’s on your weekly menu most weeks? While I do enjoy experimenting with recipes and trying new dishes, I make burgers a good couple of times a month and always follow the same recipe. It’s always a hit with the family and I know that the kids will polish of their burgers without complaint, so it’s an easy meal that I know will be met with no fuss.
It’s a pretty simple burger recipe but produces a burger that is just so full of flavour thanks to the ground coriander. I’m always generous with the ground coriander as I think it makes the BEST Burger recipe. But – feel free to substitute with your favourite herb if you’re not a coriander fan.

The BEST Burger Recipe
- 500g/1 pound Beef Mince
- 1 Tablespoon Plain Flour or Almond Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 Egg
- Pinch of Salt
- Coconut oil, for frying
- In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 burger patties.
- Heat a little coconut oil in a large frying pan.
- When hot, place the burger patties into the frying pan.
- Cook until browned on both sides.
- Serve on burger buns and with your sides of choice.
