I ADORE cheesecakes of all descriptions and this Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse is no exception. It’s so easy to make, deliciously yummy plus it’s no bake, making this a cheesecake marvel!
It’s an easy way to enjoy the flavour of a cheesecake without making one from scratch, and leaving it crust-less means that there are endless opportunities when it comes to the crunch factor!
Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse
- 250g Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 250g Strawberries, cleaned and finely chopped
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Beat in the maple syrup and vanilla.
- Beat or fold in the strawberries.
- Move the mousse to a decorative bowl and refrigerate for a few hours to set.
- Serve and enjoy!
