Easy 3 Ingredient Fudge
This easy 3 ingredient fudge is really quick to make and is a fudgy version of those can’t get enough of chocolate peanut butter cups.
You’ll only need the following 3 ingredients for this recipe:
Chocolate – you can use any chocolate you like in this dessert, I usually use a block of dark chocolate, but you could use milk or an extra dark block, if you’d prefer.
Sugar – you can use regular sugar or stevia if you’d prefer a sugar free fudge. A quarter of a cup is the perfect sweetness for me, if you’d prefer sweeter fudge then feel free to use more.
Peanut Butter – the ingredient that brings creaminess and flavor to the fudge. You can use regular creamy peanut butter, or crunchy for peanut bits in the fudge.
As an alternative, you could also make the fudge with almond butter or even sunflower seed butter for a nut free fudge.
Easy 3 Ingredient Fudge Recipe
- 100g/3.5 ounces Chocolate
- 1/4 Cup Sugar or Stevia
- 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
- Grease a small rectangular dish or line it with well greased baking paper.
- Place the chocolate sugar or stevia and peanut butter into a small saucepan.
- Move the saucepan to the stove top and turn the heat onto medium.
- Heat the mixture, stirring continuously, until the chocolate has melted and you have a creamy fudge batter.
- As soon as the chocolate has melted, remove from the heat and pour it into the prepared dish.
- Allow to cool then move to the fridge to cool completely and set.
- Remove from the fridge, cut into fudge pieces and enjoy.
