Crispy Cheese Fried Eggs Recipe
Step aside Cheesy Scrambled Eggs, these crispy cheese fried eggs are my latest breakfast obsession. I’ve wanted to share this all week, but I’ve been struck down with Tonsillitis of all things! That’s meant a LOT of bed rest, nourishing meals and not a lot of talking or filming.
So, I’ve been without my voice and itching to film and share this recipe with you. As soon as I was well enough, I documented the dish so that you can make it too.
Super crispy cheese is one my all time favourite indulgences so combining it with perfectly runny eggs results in a mind blowing breakfast dish which you’ll be making over and over and over again!
Crispy Cheese Fried Eggs Recipe
- 2-3 Eggs Per Person
- 2-3 Tablespoons Grated Cheese Per Person
- Coconut Oil or Butter, for frying
- Heat a little coconut oil or butter in a large frying pan.
- When hot, crack open the eggs into the frying pan.
- Sprinkle over the cheese.
- Cook until crispy to your liking.
