7 Passover Recipes

With Passover only a matter of days away, I thought it would be a great time to share 7 Passover Recipes – one for each day of the special holiday!

Instead of making regular Latkes for Passover, why not grate in a little Zucchini for a delicious alternative!

You could even serve the Zucchini Hash Browns in an engaging Muffin Tin Meal to keep the kids entertained while you’re preparing for the Seder!

This Zucchini, Leek and Broccoli Soup may not be as traditional as Chicken Soup, but it sure is delicious served with Matzo Balls. It’s my all time favorite soup, so you can expect a few batches of it to be cooked in the Yummy Inspirations household this Passover.

A simple way to make Passover-Friendly Schnitzels – instead of using matzo meal for crumbing, try crumbing the meat with ground nuts. Simply omit the flour from the recipe and you’ll have delicious Passover Nutty Beef Schnitzels.

4. Home-Made Strawberry Jam

A healthy, low sugar spread for matzo or pancakes that is easy to prepare and will last the whole of Passover in the fridge.

An engaging snack for the kids over the Passover Period, this Fruity Muffin Tin Meal presents a variety of seasonal fruits with some yummy yoghurt for dipping.

Simply cut shapes from seasonal fruit and dip it into melted chocolate for a colorful and simple Passover Dessert.

A healthy version of an Australian favorite! This strawberry pavlova is “dressed” with yoghurt and fresh fruit rather than rich, high in calorie cream.

I hope these 7 Passover Recipes can be of help to you over the Passover Period, inspiring you to try a new recipe, or two.

I’d love to hear your favorite Passover Recipe that you look forward to every year.
