For our family, we have been eating a mostly unprocessed diet for a while now and October is a great time to tighten up on any areas where we have been straying slightly… the odd processed sweet treat here and there will NOT be happening in October… instead, I’ll be indulging in one or more of the following Unprocessed Sweet Treats that I’m sure you will adore too:
