Real Food Travel Snacks
In a few short months I will be making the long (24+ hour) trip with my family from Australia to the UK. So, I’m getting a little ahead in my planning and have put together an awesome collection of Real Food Travel Snacks that will easily see you through 24+ Hours Of Travel – without the need to rely only on nasty plane food!
It’s important to check if there are any restrictions of food/drinks allowed through security, on board and when you land so that you don’t end up having to throw away any real food or get into trouble with security.
Travel Snacks That Requires Zero Prep:
- Dried Fruit – we’ll be taking Dried Apricots.
- Nuts & Seeds – Chia Seeds are my favorite – can be sprinkled over salads/yoghurt or eaten by the handful!
- Fruit – whole or chopped
- Vegetables – whole or chopped
- Organic Packaged Snacks – Crisps/Chips/Natural Bars
- Nut Butter Packets
