Dairy Free Mango Lassi
Mango Lassis remind me of sunny holidays (as I’ve mentioned in the past).
During my dairy free elimination it’s been one of the recpies I’ve been wanting to re-create.
So, I experimented with volumes and ingredients and discovered that all you need are two ingredients for an authentic mango lassi – without the dairy…
I found frozen mango pieces at Aldi recently and immediately knew it would be PERFECT in a mango lassi. Using frozen fruit turns a regular smoothie into a thick and creamy glass full of deliciousness.
The coconut milk I used is the boxed not the tinned variety. (You can find it here.)
There’s just something special about the mango and coconut combination which transforms the two ingredients into a super dreamy Mango Lassi.

Even if dairy becomes a part of my diet again, I’ll still be making my Mago Lassi’s the dairy free way – it’s just too delicious not to!
