Chocolate Cashew Milk Recipe
This Chocolate Cashew Milk Recipe is SOOOO good. My family can’t get enough of it! Best of all – it’s super easy to make.
Unlike other nut milks, you’ll find that you don’t need to strain cashew milk – all the nutritious cashew bits are completely blended when you make cashew milk.
- 1 Cup Cashews (where to find)
- 4 Cups Water
- 2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder (where to find)
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup (where to find)
- Cover the cashew with water and place in the fridge to soak for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Drain and rinse the cashews.
- Place into your blender, along with half of the water and all of the cacao powder and maple syrup.
- Blend until smooth. You may need to help it along and scrape down the sides (carefully, between blending) to make sure that all the cashews are completely blended.
- Add the other half of the water and blend until smooth and frothy.
Enjoy as is by the cup full or blend into a smoothie.
