Chocolate Cashew Milk Recipe

This Chocolate Cashew Milk Recipe is SOOOO good. My family can’t get enough of it! Best of all – it’s super easy to make.

Unlike other nut milks, you’ll find that you don’t need to strain cashew milk – all the nutritious cashew bits are completely blended when you make cashew milk.

  1. Cover the cashew with water and place in the fridge to soak for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  2. Drain and rinse the cashews.
  3. Place into your blender, along with half of the water and all of the cacao powder and maple syrup.
  4. Blend until smooth. You may need to help it along and scrape down the sides (carefully, between blending) to make sure that all the cashews are completely blended.
  5. Add the other half of the water and blend until smooth and frothy.

Enjoy as is by the cup full or blend into a smoothie.

Here is the video tutorial where I show you how to make this Chocolate Cashew Milk Recipe:

This Chocolate Cashew Milk is frothy and perfectly chocolatey, it’s almost like a rich chocolate milkshake.
