Let me start by clarifying – I am not on a low carb diet of any sort. I simply believe in balance when it comes to my diet. (As your diet is a very personal thing, I’m not going to dictate how or what you should eat!)

After enjoying in all sorts of carb indulgences while we were on Hamilton Island just days ago, I’ve felt like balancing out my diet by enjoying a couple of low or no carb meals. The balance feels great and this meal has been one of the highlights.

It was my Saturday night dinner (or brinner!). And yes, I do live it up on Saturday nights, eating breakfast for dinner including all the delicacies you see before you.

The combination is simply perfection. You could add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice over the smoked salmon or enjoy as is.

  • Pancakes made without flour, grains or gluten
  • Shakshouka
  • Grain free granola
  • Chia pudding
