Spontaneous Keto Cheese Tacos – Low Carb Taco Shells Recipe – how to make easy low carb tacos – all the info you need + video tutorial.
Spontaneous Keto Cheese Tacos
A few days ago I had spontaneous lunch inspiration. My fridge was mostly empty – except for leftover roast chicken, grated cheese and some veggies. They found their way into a frying pan and became one of the yummiest lunches I’ve had in AGES. Of course I had to pick up the camera and share the inspiration with you…
If you’ve never made Keto Cheese Tacos before, then you’re in for a treat. They are so easy to make, you’ll be making them over and over and over again.
All you need is – CHEESE!
You place a circle of grated cheese in a HOT frying pan. Then you wait. You watch the circle transform from a circle of grated cheese to a melted sphere. Then, very slowly, the edges crisp up and before you know it you have a super crispy keto cheese taco.
Remove from the frying pan at this stage and if you want a folded taco, then fold it gently over – allow to cool briefly to harden and crisp up.
Then all you have to do is decide what to fill your taco with. Great for Taco Tuesday – or any day of the week!
