This Easy Keto Green Smoothie can be mixed and matched to suit your tastes and to help you meet your macros.
I just love coming up with different Low Carb & Ketogenic Diet friendly smoothies. So much so that I wrote an eBook with Low Carb Smoothie Recipes. (You can check it out here.)
For this smoothie though, it’s one of my favourites – sweet, smooth and creamy and packed full of healthy fats and other essential nutrients.
Ketogenic Green Smoothie Variations
You can choose to add in any of the following options:
- Chia Seeds or Flax Seeds
- Green Leafy Vegetables such as Spinach or Kale for an extra green smoothie
- Ice for a refreshing an icy smoothie
- Protein Powder to turn the smoothie into a meal
- Use your milk of choice
- Use your sweetener of choice
Keto Green Smoothie Recipe
- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
- 1/4 Cup Cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Stevia
- 1/2 cup Chopped Cucumber
- 1/4 Avocado
- Place the ingredients into a blender in the order listed above.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides to help the smoothie along, if needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Macros–31.5g Fat; 3g Protein ; 4.5g Net Carbs
