Raspberries, and other berries, are the lowest carb fruit options, so they find there way into plenty of mouth watering keto raspberry dessert recipes.

I usually keep a pack of frozen raspberries in my freezer. And, also keep an eye out at supermarkets like ALDI for when raspberries are on sale and can be enjoyed fresh in keto sweet treats.

All you need is heavy or whipping cream, mascarpone cheese, stevia and raspberries and you can be enjoying this decadent dessert.
