How To Make Frozen Grapes

The icy treat is the perfect healthy snack – frozen on the outside and refereshingly slushy inside.
To make frozen grapes, rinse red, green or a mixture of fruit and then shake off to dry in a colander. You can also blot with paper towel to fully dry.
Move the grapes to a ziploc bag and then place in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours or until frozen. Enjoy immediately and keep stored in the freezer.
What To Do With Frozen Grapes
They can simply be enjoyed by the handful or in any of the following ways:
- Blended into a smoothie.
- Blended with honey, maple syrup or any other sweetness as an instant sorbet.
- Dropped into fruit juice (or wine) in place of ice cubes
- Enjoy on a summer dessert platter with cheese, chocolate and summer berries
Sour Frozen Grapes
Sour frosty grapes taste like those can’t get enough of them sour gummies or candies. To make them, rinse and dry the grapes, then place them on a plate.
Get out a couple of bowls and squeeze lemon or lime juice into one bowl and place sugar or sweetener in the second.
Dip the grapes in the lemon or lime juice, then roll them in the sugar or sweetenr. Move to a ziploc bag and freeze for 4 to 6 hours before enjoying.
For jello or jelly grapes, add jello/jelly crystals to the sugar plate and you can flavor your treat however you like.
