Here’s the list of 4 ingredients that you’ll need to make this recipe, including ideas to adapt the recipe to your own personal tastes and dietary requirements. 

Chocolate – you can use any chocolate you’d like in the recipe, including milk or dark chocolate, you can chop up a block of chocolate or use dark chocolate chips so you can simply open the bag and empty it into the saucepan – no chopping needed.

Milk – include the milk that you usually enjoy in your diet, you can use all milk or swap for a 1/2 cup of milk and 1/4 cup heavy cream to create an extra creamy, luxurious mousse. 

Sweetness – include sugar, maple syrup. stevia or any other sweetness you usually include in your diet, and use as little or as much, depending on whether you’d prefer a sweeter mousse or a richer, darker chocolate mousse.

  • 150g/5oz Chocolate
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 2-4 Tablespoons Sugar, Stevia or your sweetener of choice
  • 2 Cups Greek Yogurt
  1. Chop up the chocolate and place it into a small saucepan.
  2. Pour the milk over the chopped chocolate and add the sugar or your sweetener of choice.
  3. Move the saucepan to the stove top over low to medium heat and cook, stirring continuously, until the chocolate has melted.
  4. Once the chocolate has fully melted, remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
  5. When the melted chocolate mixture has cooled, add in the Greek yogurt and whisk through until fully combined.
  6. Move to a bowl or individual bowls for serving, place in the fridge for a few hours to thicken, then enjoy.
