I’m located in Ireland and these are finds at my local stores, you’re likely to find similar gluten-free products and weekly offers in England and around the UK, and this post should give you an idea of what to look out for no matter where you live, including at Lidl US stores.

There’s a choice of bread and bagels which are great options that you can include in your diet in a number of different ways, whether you have Coeliac Disease or want to include more gluten free bread products in your diet.
2. Gluten-Free Meals
The above suitable products make a brilliant, speedy meal option that is already prepared and just needs to be heated. There’s a choice of curries and other tasty sounding high protein meal options.
3. White Puddings and Black Pudding
White puddings and black pudding are often found on full Irish or English breakfast plates, and with a look at the options available in my Lidl, I found one that was gluten free, perfect if you’re wanting to make a gluten big fry up for breakfast.
4. Cooked Chicken and Meat
Cooked chicken and meat makes a great option for a quick homemade sandwich filling or snack. Just be sure to read the nutrition panel carefully for hidden gluten.
5. Burgers
Yes, it’s easy to quickly form ground beef mince into burgers, but for convenience it’s great having the option of ready formed burger patties. These were in the fridge and make a speedy meal option to serve with gluten free buns.
6. Quarter Pounders
I found these tempting Angus beef quarter pounders in the freezer section and they are perfect to keep in the freezer as a quick meal option when you don’t have time to shop for something fresh.

These meaty, flavorful rib options were in the fridge and are sure to please meat eaters with a meal that’s like having a take away but budget friendly and with very little effort.

Potato waffles make a good option to enjoy with fried eggs for breakfast or as a potato alternative with your favorite gluten free meal.

My fridge is always full of a selection of different cheeses, and Lidl is a great place to stock up on cheap cheese that you can enjoy with meals or snack on.
