These 3 ingredient keto desserts will satisfy your sweet tooth while being low carb and ketogenic diet approved.

The sweet treats are all quick to prepare while including simple ingredients to find at your local grocery store that are all keto diet friendly.

As you’ll see, stevia is my sweetener of choice, but you can feel free to use whatever sugar free sweetener that provides natural sweetness that you like such as monkfruit sweetener, sugar alcohol, powdered sweetener, sugar free maple syrup or any other natural sweetener you usually include in your diet.

1. Raspberry Mousse

An indulgent way to enjoy keto friendly fruit for dessert is to make a creamy mousse like this raspberry mousse.

To make the delicious dessert, cook raspberries and stevia to a puree, whip heavy cream until thickened, then fold everything together to create a light, creamy mousse.

To make a an easy keto cheesecake fluff, simply whisk a few spoons of cream cheese through the dessert.

You simply chop dark chocolate, pop it into a bowl, heat heavy whipping cream or coconut milk and butter together until bubbling, pour the heated cream mixture over the chocolate and stir until you have a melted bowl full.

Then, it’s just a matter of pouring the truffle mixture into an airtight container, popping it in the fridge to set, before cutting into bite sized chocolate truffles that are low carb lifestyle approved.
