These easy peanut butter desserts all include simple ingredients, some are even no bake desserts that you can quickly whip up to help you achieve your healthy eating goals while also satisfying your sweet tooth. 

For all of the sweet treats you can choose to include either regular creamy peanut butter, chunky peanut butter or even almond butter, it just depends on your own personal preference and what you like to include in your favorite recipes. 

1. 3 Ingredient Fudge

This simple chocolate peanut butter fudge tastes like Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups but have only 3 ingredients and can be low carb and keto friendly, depending on the dark chocolate and sugar or sweetener you include. 

To make the decadent dessert, all you do is melt the 3 ingredients together, then pour the melted peanut butter mixture into a container that’s lined with parchment paper and move it to the fridge for a few hours to set.

Once set, it’s just a matter of cutting it into perfect bite sized fudge that’s full of peanut butter flavor. 

You can follow the same recipe to make peanut bars, homemade peanut butter cups or peanut butter eggs, if you pop the melted chocolate mixture into a cup or egg mold instead of the airtight container. 

2. No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

These easy no bake peanut butter cookies don’t require any baking to set and have only 5 ingredients in the cookie dough that are all combined together in a large bowl: 

  1. Natural Peanut Butter
  2. Shredded Coconut
  3. Flaked Almonds
  4. Stevia or your sugar or sweetener of choice
  5. Unsalted Butter

The best part is that there are lots of ways to adapt the peanut butter recipe to suit your tastes and dietary requirements, such as adding in peanut butter chips for added peanut butter flavor, add chocolate chips for peanut butter chocolate chip cookies or melted chocolate drizzled over the top for an indulgent chocolate dessert. 

You could also add in a pinch of sea salt or half a teaspoon of vanilla extract to enhance the flavors of the no bake cookies. 

3. Peanut Butter Mousse

This 3 ingredient classic peanut butter mousse combines together heavy cream, that’s whipped to creamy whipped cream, along with peanut butter and stevia or your sweetener of choice.

You can whip through a little cream cheese for a peanut butter cheesecake flavored mousse or cocoa powder for a chocolate peanut butter filling that’s the perfect combination of chocolate and peanut butter. 

You can also use the perfect easy dessert as a peanut butter frosting to smother your favorite cake, cupcakes or peanut butter brownies with.
