These Easy No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies are just that – they are the easiest cookies to prepare, are wonderfully nutritious and peanut butter fans will LOVE them.

My whole family adore these – they don’t last long in my house and it’s great knowing the ingredients are wholesome and the cookies are a perfect source of protein.

Ingredients for no bake peanut butter cookies

To make these cookies couldn’t be simpler – you mix the nuts and coconut together in a bowl. Then, melt the peanut butter, butter and stevia together.

Once the peanut butter and butter is a smooth, creamy mixture than pour over the nuts and coconut until you have a cookie dough. Prepare a baking tray with well greased baking paper and then drop a tablespoon per cookie onto the tray.
