It seems a I have a problem. A chocolate mousse problem. I keep creating Keto Chocolate Mousse recipes and variations. There’s the original classic chocolate mousse, a Mascarpone version, the one with Irish Cream and just a couple of weeks ago I shared a low carb chocolate mousse with just 3 ingredients.

So, I hope you don’t mind – I’ve come up with yet another easy version – Keto Chocolate Mousse with Cream Cheese.

This chocolate mousse is smooth and creamy and tastes like a chocolate cheesecake. Yet, there’s very little effort involved for a seriously chocolatey dessert.

 

You can easily double this recipe to feed a crowd. And, feel free to add more cocoa or sweetener, depending on how chocolatey and sweet you want your mousse.

Whipped Chocolate Mousse

Keto Chocolate Mousse with Cream Cheese Recipe

  • 1 Cup Heavy/Double/Whipping Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Stevia (or your sweetener of choice)
  • 125g/4.4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  1. In a large bowl, whisk the cream until thickened.
  2. Whisk in the cocoa powder and stevia until smooth.
  3. Finally, add the cream cheese and whisk until fully incorporated.
  4. Move into a bowl, refrigerate to thicken and enjoy.

Serves 4
