Keto Cheesecake Chocolate Mousse
It seems I have a problem. A chocolate mousse problem. I keep creating Keto Chocolate Mousse recipes and variations.
There’s the original classic chocolate mousse, a Mascarpone version, the one with Irish Cream and just a couple of weeks ago I shared a low carb chocolate mousse with just 3 ingredients.
So, I hope you don’t mind – I’ve come up with yet another easy version – Keto Chocolate Mousse with Cream Cheese.
This chocolate mousse is smooth, creamy and tastes a little like chocolate cheesecake. Best of all, there’s hardly any effort involved for such a rich and chocolatey dessert.
The Simple Ingredients For The Easy Recipe

You only need 4 basic ingredients to create the easy chocolate mousse recipe:
Heavy Cream – to whip into fresh whipped cream, I have used heavy cream, but you could use double cream, heavy whipping cream or any other cream that you can whip to stiff peaks.
Cocoa Powder – for the chocolate element, I’ve whisked through cocoa powder, you can feel free to adjust the chocolate to sweetness ratio by adding one of more ingredient than the other.
For me, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to one tablespoon of sweetness produces the perfectly rich and chocolatey no bake dessert treat.

Stevia – add in stevia, powdered sugar or your sweetener or sugar of choice to sweeten the chocolate mixture to taste.
Cream Cheese – the essential ingredient to turn the mousse into a chocolate mousse cheesecake dessert.
Toppings – you can serve the creamy chocolate mousse as it is, or top with chopped strawberries or fresh raspberries or add a sprinkling of grated chocolate, chocolate shavings or chocolate chips for an extra chocolatey sweet treat.
How To Make Low Carb Cream Cheese Chocolate Mousse
To make this decadent dessert, first whip cream until thick. You can use double, heavy or whipping cream for this. Any cream that can be whisked into whipped cream.

I use an electric beater for this task, but you’re welcome to go to the extra effort and use a non electric wire whisk.

Then, whisk in the cocoa powder and stevia before finally whisking through the cream cheese. Your cream cheese chocolate mousse just needs a couple of hours to set and thicken in the fridge before you can indulge in a bowl full.

You can easily double this recipe to feed a crowd for a special occasion. And, feel free to add more cocoa or sweetener, to balance the chocolate/sweetness flavour depending on how chocolatey and sweet you want your keto chocolate mousse with cream cheese.
I’ve made dozens of keto mousse variations over the years, and this version is one of the richest and easiest.
