Easy Raspberry Mousse Recipe Without Gelatin and with only 3 ingredients

Easy Raspberry Mousse Recipe

This easy raspberry mousse recipe has just 3 ingredients and is a creamy, dreamy dessert that comes together with very little effort.

I’ve used a bag of frozen raspberries in this instance, but you can feel free to make it using a bounty of fresh berries instead.

Saucepan with frozen raspberries

The bag that I used was 350g/12.3oz in size, you can use a smaller or bigger bag and then just add more or less sugar, accordingly.

I adore this mousse as it is, light and creamy. If you’d prefer it to be firmer set, then add 2 to 3 teaspoons of gelatin when you add in the sugar.

Mashing the puree

If you’d like a smooth mousse, then you can blend and strain the raspberry puree so that it’s completely sooth.

We prefer the little bits of raspberries so I just use a potato masher to mash any lingering larger pieces of berry.

Regarding the sugar, I’ve simply used caster sugar in this recipe, but you can use stevia or your sweetener or sugar of choice, instead.

For the cream, you can use heavy, whipping, double or any cream that you can whip into luxurious whipped cream.
