I’m located in Ireland and these are finds at my local grocery stores, you’re likely to find similar gluten-free products in England and around the UK, and this post should give you an idea of what to look out for no matter where you live, including items in the Aldi liveGfree brand in the US.
Your store may even have extra new items available during Celiac awareness month as well as special buys available for a limited time through the year.
It can sometimes be a bit of a treasure trove – you never know what Aldi finds you’ll discover this week.

Here are my 20 best gluten free Aldi products that you’ll find at the budget friendly grocery store chain to add to your shopping list, and scroll down for a short video tour with some of the best gluten-free options at my local store that I include on my grocery shopping list.
1. Gluten-Free Pasta
There’s a selection of gluten free pasta options including spaghetti, fussili and legume pastas made with peas, lentils or chickpeas, that are available year-round.
You can enjoy the pasta with your choice of pasta sauce or the chickpea fussili is actually what I included in the high protein pasta salad that I shared recently.
2. Rice Cakes & Corn Thins
You’ll find a wide range of products of both sweet and savory rice cakes and corn thins, which are some of our favorite foods that make affordable options for excellent snacks or items to include in lunch boxes.
3. Gluten-Free Bread
There’s a choice of GF bread including white bread and sourdough, which is a great option that you can include in your diet in a number of different ways.
4. Bagels
In addition to the bread offerings, my local Aldi also has gluten-free diet approved bagels that you can enjoy with smoked salmon and cream cheese or your bagel fillings of choice.
5. Crackers
Aldi’s gluten free crackers are perfect enjoyed with some of the budget friendly cheese that you’ll also find at Aldi at a great deal.
6. Oats
The gluten free porridge oats are a must include on your Aldi gluten free list – perfect to enjoy in oatmeal, overnight oats or my 4 ingredient granola bars.
7. Chicken Nuggets
When it comes to freezer items, you can’t go past the gluten free chicken nuggets that are on offer.
These ones are perfectly crisp battered chicken fillet chunks that are always a hit with the whole family.
8. Crumbed Fish
Another high protein option that you can enjoy when following a gluten-free lifestyle is crumbed fish.
Being in Ireland we are lucky to have access to some incredible fish and seafood and so I was pleased to find these at Aldi, that are made with locally cause fish.
9. Sausages
You’ll likely find a couple of options for sausages that include gluten-free ingredients that you can include on your grocery list.
Being South African originally, I was thrilled to find these locally made South African Boerewors Sausages that are gluten free friendly and that I hope will become a permanent thing at Aldi locations.

In the yogurt fridge, you’ll find a couple of options for yogurt with cereal or whole grain that make a brilliant, speedy breakfast that’s gluten free.
Enjoy by the spoon full or topped with chia seeds or fresh fruits, that are easy to find at Aldi.

There are a number of exciting items to try when it comes to rice products that you can add to your Aldi gluten free list.
When I visited there was a choice of flavored instant rice varieties and different products that I look forward to experimenting with in meals.
12. Potato Waffles
Potato waffles make a good option to enjoy with fried eggs for breakfast or as a potato alternative with your favorite gluten free meal.

There’s a choice of a decadent luxury chocolate cake or carrot cake that’s perfect to enjoy as a sweet dessert yourself or serve when you’re entertaining and don’t have time to bake a cake yourself.

There’s a choice of coconut macaroons and macaroons coated with chocolate that’s gorgeously gluten free and not too high in grams of sugar.

You’ll find lots of budget friendly nuts and seeds at Aldi, their chia seeds find their way into my 2 ingredient chia pudding and I’ve included almonds, cashews, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds in a homemade trail mix.
19. Peanut Butter
The peanut butter at Aldi deserves a special mention, it’s the cheapest natural peanut butter per gram that I’ve foind that are made without any additives or additional ingredients.
My kids adore it spread on gluten free bread, rice cakes or in my chocolate peanut butter fudge.
20. High Protein Chocolate Mousse
I’m always on the lookout for new gluten-free items and this high protein mousse is my latest find.
There’s a choice of a creamy chocolate or vanilla pudding that has 20 grams of protein.
