Wow! Where has 2013 gone? Here’s a look back at the best of Yummy Inspirations through the year… Enjoy!
Here are my (brief) 2013 Reflections:
2 eBooks were released through the year – The Grain Free Lunch Box and Gluten Free Pancakes. I’ve been touched by the warm response both eBooks received – thank you for your support.
The year started with a journey through The GAPS Diet. We worked through each stage of The GAPS Intro Diet then the Full Diet and once healed we transitioned back to a Real Food Diet.
From Mid May to Mid July I took part in a challenge to publish 60 Blog Posts in 60 Days – I had a heap of fun completing the challenge and shared all sorts of posts over the 2 month period.
There were heaps of Cooking With Kids adventures through the year and I loved every minute of it!
2013 Favorites:
Your Favorite Post – the post which was the most popular in 2013 was 40 Healthy Kids Snack Ideas.
My Favorite Post – 10 Ways To Market Real Food To Kids – this post epitomises the inspiration behind my blog – to get kids (and adults!) eating real food. Kids just need a little help sometimes in marketing the benefits of real food which is where this post comes in. Click here to read it!
My Favorite Kitchen Tool through 2013 was the Vegetable Spiralizer. The kids had a ball making noodles from carrots and zucchinis… and willingly ate more vegetables too! (Click here to learn more)
My Favorite book of 2013 was The Paleo Chocolate Lovers Cookbook. I’ve cooked so many delicious chocolate treats from this book and page through it at least once a week for inspiration… Yum! (Click here to learn more)
Coming Soon In 2014:
My kids love of cooking has developed as the year has progressed so there will be more of a focus on cooking with kids adventures in 2014.
Once again – thank you so much for your support through 2013 – it means the world to me to inspire you on your real food journey.
Wishing you all the best over the festive period and an incredible 2014!
