I stumbled on this fascinating video of Japanese Lunch Boxes.
The bento lunch boxes are inspiring to say the least. They are beautiful works of art, take a look:
I’m quite simply blown away by the beautiful bento lunch boxes featured in the video. Making a panda from seaweed and rice?! Genius!
I can only dream of having such amazing skills… I’m more comfortable grabbing a few of my favourite bento accessories and shaping butterflies from cheese and sticking a food pick into a tomato to create a flower, as I did in this lunch box:
Watching the video did inspire me to try and be a teensy bit more creative with my lunch boxes and just see what happens!
