I’m already loving this new Lunch Box ABC’s blog series and was excited to move onto Letter B Ideas.
Here are a couple of food related Letter B Ideas I came up with:
- Banana
- Bread
- Banana Bread
- Breakfast
- Broccoli
- Beans
- Beetroot
- Berries
- Brownies
- Biscuits
- Blow bubbles in milk/smoothie/water
- Bear Shaped Hard Boiled Egg (where to find an egg mold)
Here are some fun Letter B Ideas Accessories:
To find our Letter B Ideas food items, we went on a treasure hunt at our favorite organic store at South Melbourne Market…
We found: bananas, button mushrooms (starts with B!), broccoli and beetroot.
Once home, the market haul was transformed into a Letter B Ideas lunch box with the help of some bento accessories. Here’s what’s included in the lunch box:
- Bananas cut into bears and pierced with a bear shaped food pick.
- Roasted Beetroot in a Blue Cup with a Blue food pick
- Broccoli Scrambled Eggs in Bus shaped cups with Bus & Boat food picks. (Click here to learn how to make Broccoli Scrambled Eggs!)
Just as I had done with the Letter A Ideas lunch box, I asked the kids “What does banana start with?”, “What does beetroot start with?” etc and they confidently answered “B, B, B!” Another successful lunch box lesson completed and enjoyed!
