If you’re like me and try to avoid waste while cooking, then with this recipe you can save the stalk of your broccoli for Broccoli Noodles.

Here’s how you make this easy, cheesy broccoli casserole. You’ll need:

  • 1 Broccoli, chopped into bite sized pieces
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan (or more to taste!)
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and get out a baking dish.
  2. Place the broccoli into the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl beat together the egg and ricotta.
  4. Stir the ricotta mixture through the broccoli.
  5. Once combined top with the parmesan.
  6. Place into the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
