Keto Tuna Salad Wraps
Salad wraps or cups are such an easy meal option while following a low carb diet. You simply fill the lettuce with what you would usually fill your favourite sandwich and enjoy.
Lately I’ve been having tuna and pesto inside my wraps. A simple but delicious combination.
Find the lowest carb pesto possible – either a traditional basil pesto or a tomato based pesto. I looked at every jar in the supermarket and found a tomato variety to be the lowest.
You could of course just enjoy tuna wrapped in lettuce, without any other dressing or added extras. Or, you could mix and match the following ingredients with tuna if pesto isn’t your filling of choice:
- Sour cream
- Mayo
- Lemon Juice
- Chopped cucumber/tomato/avocado
- Avocado Oil
- Olive Oil
- Salt
Keto Tuna Salad Wraps Recipe
- Lettuce Cups
- Tuna
- Pesto
- Fill lettuce cups with tuna, pesto and any other ingredients of choice.
- Serve and enjoy!
