These flourless keto brownies are AMAZING. They are gooey and fudgey – everything you want from a brownie. But – completely flourless, meaning a great option whether you want to make a gluten free baked treat or simply want to enjoy a low carb dessert.

On experimenting and stumbling on this recipe, my whole family couldn’t get enough of them. So, after creating a couple of batches for them, I’m sharing the deliciousness with you.

These brownies couldn’t be easier – you create them in one dish and in no time at all. It means simplicity… and less washing up!

Regardless of how easy this keto brownies recipe is, the end result is a chocolatey delight that you won’t believe is low carb and Ketogenic Diet friendly.

You could enjoy these brownies as is or in an indulgent Keto Chocolate Trifle. (It’s easier than you think!) 

How To Make Easy Keto Brownies

To make the brownies, start by melting the butter and chocolate together. Use the lowest sugar/carb chocolate you can get your hands on. The easiest being 85% or 90% Lindt.

Then, whisk in the stevia to dissolve, add the vanilla and salt.

With the eggs, whisk them in one at a time until you have a gooey mixture.

Finally, stir in the almond flour or ground almonds. Whichever you use will determine whether you end up with fine or coarser brownies.

Pour the brownie mixture into a small square baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until you have perfect brownies.

If you have little patience and want to enjoy your Keto Brownies straight from the oven, then you’ll be rewarded with a warm, gooey brownie treat. Allowing them to cool though, results in a dark and fudgy brownie that may just be worth the wait!

  • 200g/7 ounces Unsalted Butter
  • 100g/3.5 ounces Dark Chocolate
  • 1/4 Cup Stevia
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 100g/3.5 ounces Almond Flour or Ground Almonds
  1. Preheat he oven to 180C/350F, get out a small square baking tin and line it with well greased baking paper.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate over low heat.
  3. When melted, remove from the heat and whisk in the stevia, vanilla and salt.
  4. Whisk in the eggs, one at a time.
  5. Stir through the almond flour.
  6. Pour into the prepared baking tin.
  7. Place into the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven, cool, slice and enjoy.
