The most important part of this dish is to pick as low carb a yogurt as possible. Usually that is a Greek or Natural yogurt variety.
Such yogurts usually require sweetness for those not used to natural yogurt varieties.
Low Carb Mix Ins
You can flavour your yogurt with any of the following low carb mix ins:
- Stevia or your sweetener of choice
- Cocoa or Cacao Powder
- Cacao Nibs
- Grated or Chopped 90% Dark Chocolate
- Vanilla Extract
- Berries
- Lemon Curd (Here’s a Keto Lemon Curd Recipe)
Start with your yogurt, add a teaspoon or so of stevia and then a teaspoon or so of cocoa powder. Give it a mix through, taste and then add more stevia or cocoa powder until you have your perfect keto chocolate yoghurt.
