Warm Winter Salad Recipe – Easy, Healthy Winter Salads – ideas for simple vegetarian salad bowl recipes with just a few in season ingredients.
Warm Winter Salad Recipe
As we’re approaching the New Year and getting back on the healthy eating track, a salad like this warm winter salad recipe is perfect for doing just that.
You can mix and match whatever winter vegetables are in season where you are and then cook them, together with plenty of butter, coconut or olive oil.
With just the three ingredients I used, the salad was perfectly balanced and warming. Feel free to add garlic, salt, pepper and any other ingredients or seasoning you want.
It’s hard to give exact volumes because it really depends on the size of your vegetable. You can get tiny cabbages or ones as big as a basketball! So, just use as much of each ingredient as you want.
