Healthy Raspberry Chia Pudding Recipe – An Easy Breakfast, Snack or Dessert with 4 ingredients and ideas to create Keto, Paleo or Dairy Free Chia Seed Puddings.
Raspberry Chia Pudding Recipe
At the moment I’m traveling around England with my family and enjoying all sorts of not very healthy meals.
So, I’ve been enjoying a variety of chia pudding recipes for breakfast or snacks.
They are really easy to prepare, and a great way to enjoy a wide variety of nutritious ingredients.
A trip to a local supermarket found all I need to create daily chia puddings full of nourishing elements, including the incredible health benefits of chia seeds.
How To Make A Raspberry Chia Pudding
Here are ingredients I’ve included in my chia pudding and some ideas to adapt yours depending on your tastes and dietary requirements:
Raspberries – I went for fresh raspberries but you can include any other berry you like and include as little or as much as you’d like to. If you’re following a low carb diet you may only want a small handful.
Milk – As I’m no longer following a low carb diet, I went for a luxurious full cream dairy milk which had a rich, creamy top layer.
If you’re wanting a keto, paleo or dairy free version then simply enjoy almond milk, cashew milk, soy milk, oat milk or another dairy free milk.
Yogurt – I went for a Kefir yogurt which I found and enjoyed for the added healthy qualities that a Kefir yogurt brings.
Feel free to include a dairy free or low carb yogurt, such as Greek yogurt or even a vegan yogurt, depending on your dietary requirements.
Chia Seeds – the star of our breakfast pudding or healthy treat – I included 3 tablespoons of chia seeds for the great source of fiber, but feel free to use more or less depending on how thick you want your creamy chia pudding to be.
You can use black chia seeds or white chia seeds and they can be whole or milled and still thicken perfectly and provide a healthy dessert or breakfast that’s high in grams of fiber.
You can also top your chia pudding with more berries, fresh fruit of choice, coconut chips, chia seeds, chocolate chips, grain-free granola or nuts.
Or, swirl through some heavy cream, canned coconut milk or coconut cream for the perfect healthy breakfast that’s loaded with healthy fats.
If you’re a fan of raspberry sweet treats, then you’re going to love these spectacular raspberry chia puddings.
