5 Smoothie Recipes Without Banana - How To Make Good and Creamy Easy Fruit Smoothies

5 Smoothie Recipes Without Banana

These smoothie recipes without banana are all indulgent treats that still have a creamy texture, without the need for any bananas.

All of the delicious smoothie recipes also happen to be naturally low in carbs, with minimal added sugar and high in healthy fats and protein too, making them ideal for a guilt free breakfast, snack or dessert.

In each of the easy smoothie recipes you can feel free to swap the milk for the milk that you usually include in your diet, that can be whole milk or a non-dairy milk such as almond milk, coconut milk, cashew milk, oat milk or soy milk.

You can also feel free to swap some of the liquid for another ingredient such as heavy cream, cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, ice cream or even coconut water, depending on your tastes, dietary requirements and what you have to hand.

I use my Nutribullet to mix together the banana-free smoothies. It’s really handy to have a high-powered blender in the kitchen and I have made all sorts of smoothies and shakes in it. (Where to find a nutribullet.

To make the smoothie, simply blend together the following handful of ingredients:

  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Strawberries
