1. Tuna and Egg Salad
This easy recipe combines together all the goodness of both egg and tuna salad in one protein rich dish. You simply combine together hard boiled eggs, a tin of tuna, sour cream, mayo, salt and your seasoning of choice.
I like paprika as the seasoning with this dish, as you can see from the above photo.
2. Tuna Breakfast Scramble
This breakfast scramble is a tasty way to start the day. It’s a breakfast mish mash of keto friendly ingredients that come together to create a hearty meal for breakfast or even breakfast for dinner.
In the above breakfast scramble there’s chopped tomatoes, a tin of tuna, scrambled eggs, spinach and cheese. It’s almost like a tuna melt scramble.
3. Tuna Noodle Casserole
This low carb version of the classic tuna noodle casserole uses chopped cabbage noodles in place of carb heavy noodles. The casserole is still cheesy, creamy and full of flavour.
4. Tuna Salad
This classic tuna makes the perfect keto lunch. It includes spinach, avocado, sour cream or mayo and a tin of tuna. It’s couldn’t be easier to put together and it’s the lunch I enjoy most often.
5. Two Minute Zoodles with Tuna
This easy recipe is my take on 2 minute noodles – it comes together just as quickly, has very few carbs to speak of and is yet another creamy, cheesy way to enjoy tuna.
As you can see, there are lots of easy low carb tuna recipes to enjoy for every meal of the day.
