Lasagna-and-pizzas-at-Platform-Pizza-Bray-Restaurants

Platform Pizza – located adjacent to the Dart Station, right in the heart of Bray, this is the best place for Italian food in Bray. On our recent visit we experienced great food and friendly service.

We shared a couple of pizzas (the margarita and four cheese pizzas) as well as a super cheesy lasagna and each item was authentically cooked to perfection.

Leo-Burdock-Fish-and-Chips-in-Ireland

Fish and Chips – with Bray being a seaside town, you can expect exceptional fish and chips. Choose from the popular spots of Leo Burdock, where I enjoyed the above perfectly cooked fish and chips, or head to Fish Bar or Cassonis instead.

Dockyard No.8 – expect great food at this seemingly always busy cafe in Bray. The menu includes all day breakfast, brunch and tempting lunch menu items.

Martello-Bar-Bray

Martello Bray – this lively restaurant serves an extensive all day menu, creative cocktails and sweet treats for an indulgent afternoon tea.

Here’s a video with a look inside the Martello restaurant, breakfast menu and a hearty brunch meal of Ham Hock Eggs Benedict. Hit play below or click here to watch on YouTube.

Harbour Bar – a lively, authentic Irish pub serving a selection of beers, wine, pub grub and even toasties if you’re after a speedy meal.

You may even be lucky enough to catch great music from a local traditional Irish band.

Daata Tandoori – experience a warm welcome and authentic Indian and Pakistani Food, cooked to perfection at this popular Bray restaurant.

Big-boys-food-truck-burger

The Big Boys – a food truck located just outside of Bray and worth the visit for a great hamburger and tasty street food.

Avoca Cafe – another spot located just outside of Bray, the Avoca Cafe, store and deli is a foodies paradise.

We love visiting for scones or their Beef and Guinness Pie, with flaky, buttery pastry filled with melt in the mouth, flavorsome meat.

Grain Store Restaurant – located at Killruddery House and Gardens, you can expect fresh, local produce cooked with care.

Stop in for a coffee, cake, sweet treat, breakfast, lunch or pizza. Enjoy a treat or meal the restaurant as part of a tour of the spectacular house and gardens or visit on a Saturday for a lively farmers market.

Teddys-Ice-Cream

Ice Cream – how can you resist an ice cream on a sunny day? Bray will satisfy your sweet cravings with a choice of ice cream and gelato spots dotted along the promenade.
