Overnight Oats With Banana and Kiwi

These Overnight Oats With Banana And Kiwi is one of my favourite Overnight Oats combinations.

Kiwi and banana work well together as an overnight oat topping because the sweetness of the banana perfectly balances out the sourness of the kiwi.

Add to that a sprinkling of crunchy coconut chips and a dusting of maca powder and you have a pretty tropical breakfast bowl!

If you haven’t tried Maca Powder before then overnight oats is a good place to start experimenting with the nourishing ingredient.

It has a distinctive flavour (which some say is slightly bitter) which is best masked with sweet ingredients until you get used to it.

You can also add on your choice of tasty toppings, here are some ideas for you:

I’ve been making overnight oats every few days lately – usually on request of my kids who LOVE making their own unique breakfast fruit/oat nourishing combination.

What’s really great about overnight oats is that you can get creative and add as little or as many superfood ingredients to your breakfast bowl as you feel like on the day.
