There’s something so comforting about this simple dish. I adore all things cinnamon, so it was only a matter of time before it found it’s way onto my breakfast!

This is sort of a low carb version of cinnamon french toast. Well, a teeny tiny bit at least!

It may not look like a huge breakfast, but the nourishment from the fats in this dish mean it’s incredibly satiating.

Cinnamon Scrambled Eggs Recipe

  • 2-3 Eggs per person
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Cream
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Stevia
  • Butter or Coconut Oil, for frying
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream until smooth.
  2. Heat butter or oil in a frying pan.
  3. When hot, add the whisked eggs and cook until the scrambled eggs are cooked to your liking.
  4. Once cooked, remove to a plate and top with a shake of ground cinnamon and a sprinkling of stevia.
