To me, the start of Spring is always associated with the start of Asparagus season. And, as Spring has just begun here in Australia, asparagus has started to appear in supermarkets. So, I couldn’t resist grabbing my first bunch and creating a simple dish with them.

This keto sauteed asparagus recipe really celebrates the flavor of asparagus and combines perfect with goat cheese feta.

Keto Sauteed Asparagus with Goat Cheese Feta Recipe - Easy Low Carb & Gluten Free Asparagus Recipes - a simple Ketogenic Diet appetizer, side dish or dinner.

Keto Sauteed Aspargus Recipe

  • 1 Bunch of Asparagus
  • Butter or Coconut Oil, for frying
  • Salt
  • Goat Cheese Feta
  1. Wash the asparagus and remove the woody ends.
  2. Heat plenty of butter or coconut oil in a large frying pan.
  3. When hot add the prepared asparagus and a generous pinch of salt.
  4. Cook until softened and lightly browned, adding more butter or coconut oil if needed.
  5. Remove to a plate and top with crumbled feta.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
